In the quest to being the biggest and most successful mobile network provider and in aiming at making life better, Celtel Zambia launched the 099 prefix, an addition to the already existing 097 network-dialing prefix. The launch was on the 26th of January. This will allow for a wider subscriber base on both pre paid and post paid platforms.
