Celtel has connected Mkushi district to its network as part of its on going expansion exercise to the rural areas at a cost of K 5 billion kwacha. Celtel MD David Venn said at the launch in Mkushi that connecting Mkushi to the Celtel network was within the company’s pursuit of taking the mobile phone network to all the 72 districts of Zambia by end of the this year.
