On the 19th of January 2006, Celtel Zambia officially opened its Customer Care Offices, which also houses the Ultra Modern Call Centre at Farmers House in Lusaka town.

I must say I am very proud to know that the company I was part of when it just started when there was me Jackie, Alain Girard, Frida Ingwe, Mr. Chikwanda, Mr. Chiti, and Mr. Mulenga on Longolongo Rd I started off not even knowing the company would grow so big, Am happy to see that it is still going strong and it’s good to know from just a few people in the company now it’s quite a big number.
I miss everybody I left working for the company like Ethel Mulenga then Sales Supervisor you guys rock and keep up the great work.
Am still very attached to the company I still feel part of it having seen it from the scratch.
