HUAWEI Technologies Company Limited, a Chinese-owned firm and one of the world’s leading Telecom equipment manufacturers has announced that it would, by November this year, start manufacturing Mobile Telephone Handsets and Telecommunication Terminals from its factory under construction in Lagos.
