Celtel Zambia launched its Mbala and Mpulungu towns on 25th June and 2nd July respectively. The two towns mark the beginning of Celtel’s major roll out programme in the rural districts this year, estimated to cost k160 billion kwacha. Twenty-eight more towns are to be connected to the network before the end of the year.
