    Really a big compition with the mobile networks in Cameroon. The faster MTN provides for all subscriber the more safter she secure her clients.

    I think MTNCameroon has been lacking behind small brothers MTN Nigeria and arch rival Orange Cameroon. I am forced to put off my MTN number so often to get connected on The Orange internet services.

    this will be great news if MTN was to hv a Net connection on all its customers. i wouldn’t hv to be switching service providers

    We are already in 2007.We are stll waiting the promise by MTN Cameroon to launch INTERNET for all subscribers.The November 2006 deadline promised by the GM has long passed.Happy new year to ALL MTN customers nation wide.

    Sir,Madam, i wish to comment on your services provided to MACAAP BUSINESS CENTER YOUR CUSTOMER AT CARIFOUR OBILI YAOUNDE.We are of a band wtheat of 256kb with a number of 45machines in the cyber with international phone line.we face alot of difficulties especially with the net work,How,the net work mostly during 9am to 8pm is usually slow thus making us carrying activitise with alot of difficultise.we have been suffering this effect for three months today,MTN change the main antena we had another equiments but yet tono avail.Sir,Madam we advice you as my provider will advice me on what to do.so that we can mentain are good customership.i had been calling the office all the time during such peroids infact am confuse for not knowing what to do.

    While we are genarally happy for the services being provided by MTN and Orange, both are still fairly unreliable and unpredictable.
    The quality control efficiency teams need to be extremely aggresive in the interest of maintaining service standards at an ever increasingly higher levels.
