A mobile e-mail solution that combines efficiency and convenience for a wider variety of mobile handsets, is set to hit the Nigerian ICT industry.
The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of T3 Communications Limited, Chief Kingsley Ozobia, said in a statement obtained in Lagos on Saturday, "Visto's open source solution enables for the mass market, targeting large enterprises, small businesses and mobile professionals."
He said the company's patented Visto Mobile platform, with ConstantSync technology works in real time with POP3, IMAP, Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino email solutions for personal to enterprise use, providing maximum control and flexibility for the operator and choice for the customer. T3 is the African representative for Visto.
The Head of Marketing, EMEA Visto, Mr. Sanjay Daswani, said the Nigerian market was overdur for such a revolution, and that because of the solution's unique ability to make life and business easier, the product was bound to make a "phenomenon penetration."
He believes the product will be well received by local operators, adding, "This is the next big thing for the operators. It is just the thing that is expected in the market. It is something that will enhance their portfolio in the market because of the kind of solution it provides."
