The General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) capabilities of the Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications Limited (Mtel) recently made available to the growing tribe of mobile phone subscribers in the country, particularly subscribers with GPRS enabled phones has deen receiving commendation nationwide.
