The General Manager of Onetouch (a GSM cellular network in Ghana) disclosed to the Minister of Communications, Professor Mike Oquaye, that Onetouch would soon be launching mobile Internet over its cellular network using GPRS, as well as MultiMedia Messaging Service (MMS).
